Frank, a year 11 student, has 3 younger sisters and an older brother who is not living with their family anymore and is Frank’s role model. Frank’s family is loving, kind and rich, so Frank and his siblings get anything and everything they want.
Frank and his three younger sisters all go to the same private school, and Frank is the top of his class, getting A’s in all subjects. Frank has lots of friends, both male and female and even has a 3 month relationship with his girlfriend Annie. He plays tennis with Annie and he rows with a great team of his friends. He likes both of his coaches and he is very physically fit.
One day, Frank heard the news that his older brother had been murdered, and this flips his whole world upside down. He becomes depressed, and soon his schooling level drops massively. He is losing in his tennis games and the rowing comps that he is entering in. Franks girlfriend and many of his friends are worried about Frank, and try to help him, but Frank is taking none of it and gets angry when they try to. Because of this Annie breaks up with Frank and Frank loses some of his best mates.
Because of his lack of motivation of doing sport, he is gaining weight as alarming rate, and because of this he is not able to do tennis, as well as he possibly can. This is affecting his social health by getting rid of his social activities and only getting to meet with his friends at school. Frank’s emotion health has been put down the sink hole by his brother’s murder, and is the whole reason why his social and physical health are getting dragged down as well.

Lenny has hit puberty at the age of 11 and has gained a massive advantage over others as he has had a huge growth spurt. He is very fit and strong and has plays basketball, dominating local and representative levels for his age group he meets many different people and is very socially healthy. Many people around him admire him which boosts his self esteem and mental health. After trying out for the victorian team he failed which led to thoughts that he was not good enough and that he couldn't achieve anyhting in life. He gave up on basketball and competitive basketball all together and he lost respect and friendships among many.
It all started with Lenny's physical development of hitting puberty and growing, which led to the start of his basketball domination where he increased his physical, social and mental health by meeting new friends, getting fit and feeling good about himself as he was always doing very well at what he does. After the sudden shock of not making the state side his emotional development was tested and did not help him as he was not resilient and did not cope with the critisisim well at all. This ultimately led to him quitting everything and losing his friends, physical fitness and self confidence.

Terry, a 15 year old boy who has just lost his father in a fatal car accident, he is the oldest of 3 and has now had to take on important roles of the house that have prevented him from going out and seeing his friends with none of them seeming to make the effort to go see him leaving his emotional health in tators as he thinks to himself 'Do i really have any true friends?'
He has given up all sports as he just can't find the motivation to leave the house with also the feeling that his friends don't like him anyway. He goes to school but is now continuously causing trouble and getting himeslf into trouble and doesn't even last half the day before running away on the back of a tiny incident, he runs home and locks himeslf in his room before just leaving and running away without any clothes or food, he has been found on numerous occasions crying and talking to himself at one of the local bus stops. the police take him home in an extremely distressed state with him screaming 'i want dad back"
His emotional health has obviously been effected here with him being depressed and also anxiety, he is unable to control him emotions and is struggling to cope, his social life has been affected as he doesnt want to go out any more and cant find the time to, he also isnt getting his social time through sport, his physical health will be affected by not playing sport as he doesnt have a way of losing weight and keeping active. Everything has been effected on the backl of the loss of his father
